Dick Morgan
Dick Morgan has been writing magazine articles and short stories since 1972, and was awarded an NEA for short fiction in 1982. He won first prize in the Willamette Writers contest, juvenile fiction category, in 1983. His short story collection, Sailing Away, was published in June, 2000. His non-fiction book, Warrior Mind, was published in 2009. The Archangel’s Gift was first published in 2012. A second story collection, Fire in the Night & Other Stories, was published in 2021. He and his wife, Lonnie, live in Portland, Oregon.
